dotorium

Small things for the web, made one at a time. Dotori is Korean for acorn.

dotorium is a small independent studio in South Korea. We make simple web tools that do one thing, open in a second, and ask for as little as possible. Nothing here needs an account, and everything listed on this page is free to use.

The name comes from dotori, the Korean word for acorn: something small that is put away carefully and turns into something larger over time. Each project is built the same way, one at a time, and kept running after it ships.

Made so far

Hongsil (홍실, “red thread”) reads a birth date the traditional Korean way, known as saju. You enter a date of birth, and a birth time if you know it, and it works out the eight characters of the chart and explains them in everyday Korean instead of technical terms. There are readings for love, compatibility between two people, money, work, health, and the coming year. It also has a short introduction to each of the sixty day pillars.

Reading · 읽을거리

홍실에 올려 둔 사주 입문 글이에요. 처음 보는 분도 읽을 수 있게 쉬운 말로 썼어요.
